I love this quote by Mr. Adams. It's something I think a lot about. Ansel makes it seem like when a photographer imposes his or her thoughts it is a bad thing, but didn't Ansel do just that in the way he so idealistically photographed nature? In the way he made his images more dramatic by dodging and burning?
